I ship USPS Priority. All items are insured with delivery confirmation.
Packages will be mailed out within four business days of ordering.
Please be aware that shipping ceramics safely can be expensive.
*Shipping totals are automated as one piece per package. The website does not combine shipping!
Shopping during new Shop Updates (because things often sell out quickly): If you purchase multiple items and pay for the shipping that is automatically calculated, I will package your order in one box and re-calculate your shipping cost. I will refund the overage.
Shopping all other times: Please contact me before purchasing multiple items. I will package them together and calculate a new shipping total and your order will be listed as a “Special Order for (your first name)”

Packaging:
So, you open your package and it looks like trash?! Let me reassure you that this is a GOOD thing! I try to do right by the environment and packaging is one place that I can be mindful, and maybe even make a difference. I use sustainable packaging whenever possible…this includes using (clean) recycled materials including boxes, bubblewrap, peanuts, wrapping foam and packaging paper. Most of my packaging is sourced from other local small businesses that receive shipments. It saves them from the heartache of filling our landfills with good packaging material and it saves me from having to participate in new manufacturing of packaging material and in the end, the savings are passed on to you.

Should any damage occur during shipping, please contact me within one week of receiving your item with photos of the damage.
Please contact me within seven days of receiving your order if it does not meet your expectations. Return shipping costs and safe arrival of returns are the responsibility of the customer.
